We use flat rate pricing with better than competitive prices. Old parts are yours to keep. There are a few exceptions for items that have a core charge from the supplier (computer boards, transmissions, control boards). These items are still available to you however there will be an additional charge for the core set by the supplier. We will give you a complete estimate which includes all parts labor and taxes. We don't like surprises either. In most cases we can offer advise on life expectancy and whether the product is worth repairing. We give you an estimate and get your approval before we start.
